Download and Installer Help for Mac
When you click on the 'Download for Mac' button, this window will appear and shows the download in progress. This is the window Safari shows, if you're using another browser it may look slightly different. (The version number shown may be different, such as 'DecorCalc104', depending on the current version of the software.)

Double click on the downloaded file to un-zip it.
Depending on your computer settings this window may appear. If it doesn't, then you need to double click on the downloaded file named 'DecorCalc103.dmg' and the window will appear. The 'dmg' file will be in your default download location (see below if you can't find it).

Just double click the 'DecorCalc103.pkg' icon, and the Installer will open. Click 'Continue', and then follow the instructions.

Finding your downloads folder
If the 'Install Decor Calc' window shown above does not appear, then you'll need to double click on the Decor Calc dmg file which will be stored in your default Downloads folder.
First check on your Desktop, as downloaded files are often stored here. If the file is not there, you'll need to to navigate to your Downloads folder.
If you're not sure where this is, click on the Finder icon on the far left of the Dock.

A window will open as shown below. Click on the Home icon (the one with the house) and then on the Downloads folder to the right. You should now see the Decor Calc dmg file in the right hand column. Double click it to open.

If the Decor Calc dmg file is not in the default downloads folder, then your system has been set to store it somewhere else.
If you're using Safari, then go to the Preferences link as shown below.

The window shown below will appear. If it is not already selected, select the 'General' option, the first icon on the left.
Near the bottom is the line 'Save downloaded files to:' followed by a button (in the example below it shows the default Downloads location). This is where your downloaded files are stored.

Important note: It is recommended that you do not have the 'Open "safe" files after downloading' checkbox selected as it is shown here. This prevents any unwanted or 'malware' software from opening automatically.
